Attendance at Lectures, Tutorials and for Practicals where ever is necessary is mandatory. Attendance of students is regulated by 0.119 which states that — “for granting of terms, attendance of 75% of theory, practical and tutorials will be required, out of the total number of lectures, practicals and tutorials conducted in the term”.

The College will grant terms only on the basis of

Students who do not fulfill the requirements of the minimum attendance of 75% due to medical reasons or circumstances beyond their control are required to submit their application in writing prior or within 3 days from the date of commencement of such leave of absence with valid explanation and documentary evidence to the Head of the Institution for condoning the deficiency /leave of absence failing which they will be treated as defaulters. Decision of the Principal for condonation will be final.
